The new member of staff will be expected to conceptualise, plan and conduct research projects with the objective of improving the design of public policy and its outcomes by harnessing behavioural insights. Depending on his or her work record and level of proven expertise as well as qualifications, the selected candidate could be offered the post of research associate, research fellow or senior research fellow.

IPS is seeking to hire an Interviewer on a part-time or full-time basis. Job Summary:

IPS is looking to hire a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Donor Relations, on a two-year contract. This role will support the IPS Development Team in its efforts to cultivate and steward philanthropic support for the Institute. The responsibilities include supporting donor acquisition and retention efforts, managing activities and identifying opportunities in order to enhance the engagement and acknowledgement of donors. Applicants should possess a Degree with at least three years of relevant experience in fundraising, membership and events management.

Job Summary:

The Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore is seeking applicants for the Yong Pung How Professor at the full professor rank.

The Yong Pung How Professorship, endowed in 2008 by the Yong Shook Lin Trust, honours Mr Yong Pung How, Singapore’s Chief Justice from 1990 to 2006. Mr Yong also served as Chairman and CEO of the Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation and held appointments with the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation, Monetary Authority of Singapore, and Singapore Broadcasting Corporation. He was conferred Singapore’s highest award, the Order of Temasek (First Class), in 1999.

The Yong Pung How Professor will be a core member of the School’s academic leadership team, working with an interdisciplinary faculty to advance the research and teaching missions of the School. A research focus on Asia is a definite plus.

The LKY School received a generous endowment from Dr. Li Ka Shing in 2007 and has established three professorships with the endowment, representing key research pillars at the School. These professorships are in the areas of Public Management, Economics, and Political Science.

The Li Ka Shing Professor in Public Management will be a core member of the School’s academic leadership team, working with an interdisciplinary faculty to advance the research and teaching missions of the School. A research focus on Asia is a definite plus.

The Lee Foundation Professorship was established in 2014 with the support of the Lee Foundation, Singapore’s largest private charitable foundation.
 
The Lee Foundation Professor on US-China Relations will be a core member of the School’s academic leadership team, working with an interdisciplinary faculty to advance the research and teaching missions of the School in International Relations. The School is particularly interested in candidates working in the area of Chinese foreign policy with a background in International Relations/Security Studies and Area Studies. Candidates should have strong networks with the academic and policy communities in both the US and China.

Good verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
