GE Yixuan is a Research Analyst at the Asia Competitiveness Institute (ACI) at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore (NUS). Yixuan received her Master of Science (Mathematics) degree from NUS in 2021 and obtained her Bachelor of Science (Mathematics and Applied Mathematics) degree from Zhejiang University of Technology in 2019. At ACI, her projects are mainly related to patents and trade, as well as China's foreign direct investment in ASEAN. She is also the coordinator and designer for the Chart of the Week column. Her research interests include Public Policy, International Trade, Development Economics and Econometrics. Previously, she worked as an intern with Shopee, CITIC Securities Co., Ltd and consulting company.
